FA Design Build takes the guesswork out of the project process by using a standard project plan that can be adapted to our clients’ unique needs.
From interior design, to outdoor projects, to kitchen remodeling and new construction, you will know what to expect every step of the way.
- Our project process begins with a client consultation designed to determine the client’s needs, expectations, concerns and budget
- We will then present the client with a rough estimate of the project
- Next the client will meet with the Designer at the store. A basic 20/20 design will be presented to the client based on the salesperson’s drawings, the scope of the work will be reviewed with the client and a retainer fee of $250 will be collected at this time – this will be credited back at time of purchase or if purchase is not made, the retainer will be forfeited by the client
- A site assessment occurs with the Designer, Contractor and Project Manager. Measurements and drawings are taken and installation ballpark is estimated
- Design completed and presented to client
- Contractor finalizes installation bid
- Contractor, Designer, Salesperson, and Project Manager review design and bid
- Project and contract are presented to client for review and signature (50% deposit required for kitchens and baths/ 30% for all other projects)
- Delivery of merchandise and inspection of these materials
- Pre-construction meeting with client to review timeline and change order process
- Installation
