Rob Menefee

President | CEO

FA Design Build and Flooring America are locally owned and operated by the Menefee family. The flooring business began in 1979, and Rob launched FA Design Build in 2004 based on his vision of providing flooring clients with full-service remodeling. Today, FA Design Build is a design build firm specializing in interior residential remodeling and serving clients throughout Northern Virginia. Rob’s management track record and more than 20 years of experience in the local flooring and construction industries ensures the company’s growth and commitment to customer service.

Rob takes a proactive approach to serving his community by supporting the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and organizing golf outings benefiting Youth for Tomorrow, a Johns Hopkins program providing long-term housing for young cancer patients. His love of sports extends to coaching, for the baseball team at Flint Hill School, and playing golf, most frequently at Belle Haven Country Club in Alexandria. Born and raised in Fairfax City, Rob attended Fairfax High School and graduated from Mary Washington University. He and his wife Mari have three daughters.
